If you are unable to access iCharts properly since 30.01.2008 afternoon the problem is due to a major undersea internet traffic carrier cable breakdown hear Egypt. We host our website in USA so we are affected too.

Please understand that there is really nothing we can do about this. Various affected ISPs will try and re-route traffic through other locations to handle the issue. We are currently not sure when this issue will get resolved.
